It is not just sheer luck,
nor is it simply coincidence,
that things went this way.
It is the strong will and unbeatable determination that has brought you thus far.
I affirm the resolute of every Innovator.
I believe and entrust you with the capability of bringing the club to greater heights.
I foresee the astounding achievements that await the club,
and more importantly, await you.
I beseech you to take every single opportunity to learn,
stretch every single chance to share,
take every single mistake as an experience,
rejoice over every single success story,
yet avoid running into the road of complacency.
I have witnessed an unprecedented initiative,
and I applaud for the courage, and the will, to make it a success.
